So sad! Such a beautiful lady (with excellent skills), ruined by a mumbling idiot with poor lighting and GARBAGE film skills. The 'vertical' format seems to be just an excuse for people too cheap to buy a real camera, hopefully it's just a dying trend. There's a reason why you can buy videos in 'normal' or widescreen, but no 'vertical.' Because it sucks. Sorry to be so critical, but someone has to do it!
